Refund Eligibility
- Course Cancellation by ARI – Full refunds are provided if a course is canceled by the institute.
- Enrolment Errors – Refunds are available for accidental duplicate enrolments or incorrect course selection.
- Dissatisfaction with Course – Students may request a refund if the course does not meet the outlined description, subject to specific time and completion limits (please see below).
Note: Refund eligibility may vary based on course type, promotional offers, or special programs such as the Military Appreciation Program.
Refund Request Process

- Provide your full name, course details, and reason for the request.
- Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.
Time Limits & Conditions
Refund requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of course enrolment unless otherwise specified in course-specific terms.
Conditions include:
- Course material must not be fully completed or downloaded, depending on digital access policies.
- Refunds do not apply to any third-party fees, taxes, or service charges.
- Special promotions may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of purchase.

Returns for Physical Materials
For courses that include physical materials or books, returns must be:
- Returned in original, unused condition
- Shipped within 14 days of receipt
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
